Are you not satisfied with your order or there is any defect? No problem! You can return your order within 30 days (for a valid cases). In this case, please contact our customer service by sending an email to cs@mosmancookware.com

Easy returns in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Send an email to cs@mosmancookware.com and our staff will send you a return form. Please read the conditions on the return form carefully before returning the product.

Step 2: Complete the return form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address on the return form. Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address specified on the return form. Make sure the package has a tracking code and send it to us. As the sender, you are responsible for shipping, handling costs, as well as the custom tax incurred to the package upon entering the destination country.

Step 4: Once we receive the package in perfect condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed

What are the valid cases for return?
Valid cases for returning items are based on their condition. If the items arrive damaged or defective, rendering them unusable, the customer is eligible for a return or replacement. Returns or replacements due to customer personal preferences are not considered valid reasons.

What will happen if I refuse delivery?
If you refuse or reject delivery or are unavailable after several delivery attempts by the courier, and you do not confirm redelivery (which may incur additional costs), the package will be automatically abandoned by the shipping company. In this case, no refund will be compensated.

If the return is caused by the customer, customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to the items itself, the goods received are damaged, and the consumer will be given replacement instead.

What if the shipping is delayed?
No problem, if the shipment is delayed and you receive the package past the window time, you are still eligible for 7 days extension in case you want to return the package. Please email to our cs email address if you experience delay so that we can inform you the further instruction.
